A 21-year-old man has been arrested by the Medicine Hat Police Service on a number of charges, and is facing an attempted murder charge in Saskatchewan.
Dillion Blais was arrested Wednesday after he fled a traffic stop being held by the MHPS.
After police located Blais he was charged with flight from police, dangerous driving, bail violations, possessing stolen property and theft.
Blais was originally released Friday after a bail hearing.
The MHPS heard from Regina police that Blais had fresh charges of attempted murder, assault with a weapon, mischief and breach of probation.
Blais was located in the city’s southwest and is now in police custody.
The MHPS is thanking the community for its help in locating Blais.
