The Medicine Hat Sun Devils strung together their fourth consecutive victory with a 16-4 blowout over the Elite Saturday in Cranbrook.

Zach Wilson lead the push with three separate hat trick and 10 points on the night —including a pair of shorthanded goals — while Aidan McLean added a hat trick with two helpers and Noah Weimer had two goals and two assists.

Cranbrook’s Reeve Toth led the Elite with two goals in the loss, but they were unable to get past the Sun Devils defence long enough to make a significant difference in the contest.

The victory puts Medicine Hat at 8-6 on the Rocky Mountain Lacrosse League Tier 2 junior B season with just three games left before the playoffs arrive.

The Sun Devils return home to the Kinplex for their final game of the regular season on Saturday against the High River Heat at 6:30 p.m.
