SPCA Kin Coulee event cancelled due to weather

Medicine Hat News The Medicine Hat SPCA has cancelled Sunday’s Pets and Paintings event that was supposed to take place at Kin Coulee Park. The event was set to run from 2-4 p.m. at the band shell, but predicted bad weather forced the SPCA to cancel, organizers say. A new date and time will be picked for the event. 5-4
