Medicine Hat News Proud coaches and accomplished athletes was the theme from Medicine Hat’s Ultimate Cheer Fusion following a weekend competition in Saskatchewan. The local cheerleading outfit sent numerous teams and individuals to the Warman Cheer Classic, with many earning podium positions. The Tiny Novices team won their division out of five teams, and remain unbeaten in competition this season. Youth Level 2 got fourth place, while Senior Level 2 was third out of seven teams. Individually Georgia Potter won her Mini Level 2 division, Keira Droeske was fourth in Youth Level 2, Olivia Kiiskila won her Youth Level 3 division and Keilee Raby was second in Senior Level 3. Fusion is off to Regina later this month to continue their competiitve season. 8
