Rattlers volleyball teams take down Ambrose squads

Medicine Hat News It was a good night for the Medicine Hat College Rattlers volleyball teams. The women played first, and took down the Ambrose Lions in three sets (25-17, 25-21, 25-16). Amber Stigter had 19 kills, while Shaya Suchy had 16 digs to lead the team. It was the team’s first win of the year. The women play Saturday at Ambrose University. The men did not work as quickly as the women did, but the team was able to take down the Ambrose men 3-2 (23-25, 25-18, 25-19, 19, 25, 15-11). Vitor Pereiira lead the team in kills with 24, while Kreggan Scharnatta had 13 digs. The Rattlers men are now 4-1, and play Saturday at Ambrose University. 10-9
