Information sessions set for Sept. 28 on Registered Disability Savings Plan

Medicine Hat News If you or a loved one has a disability there are two information sessions coming up regarding the Registered Disability Savings Plan. Both sessions take place Sept. 28. There is an afternoon session at the Family Leisure Centre (Sage Room) from 1-2 p.m., and an evening session at REDI Enterprises from 7-8 p.m. Meloney Patterson of Voice of Albertans with Disabilities will talk about the Registered Disability Savings Plan, the disability tax credit, saving for the future and how to set up the RDSP without jeopardizing AISH and PDD. The RDSP is a way of saving to ensure loved ones with a disability have what they need in the future. 6-5
