The Swift Current 57s came all the way back from a 2-0 series deficit to punch another ticket to the Western Major Baseball League championship series with a 6-4 win over the Weyburn Beavers Friday.

Layne Downing earned the win after 1 and 2/3 innings of scoreless work, then Keil Krumwiede entered to earn the save in the ninth after Swift took at two-run lead in the bottom of the eighth on a walk and a single from Nick Canas.

The reigning WMBL champion 57s will take on the Edmonton Prospects in the best-of-five championship series.
