Canadian rockers Headstones are coming to Medicine Hat.

The “Tweeter and the Monkey Man” singers will perform at the Esplanade on Nov. 14.

The band has released three full-length albums since reuniting in 2011. “Little Army” was released earlier this year, following 2014’s “One in the Chamber Music” and 2013’s “Love + Fury.” The new single “Devil’s On Fire” was at No. 1 on Canadian Active Rock Radio Charts earlier this summer.

Bringing the fans as close the to band as possible, Headstones live-streamed the recording process and gave fans an inside look at the making of the album.

Fronted by Hugh Dillon and formed in Kingston, Ont., in 1987 Headstones have become punk-rock road warriors and royalty in the past 30 years. The album “Smile and Wave” earned the band Juno Awards nominations for best group and best rock album, a nomination they received again in 2014 for “Love + Fury.”

Tickets, $39 plus service charges and GST, go on sale to the public July 28 and will be available online at http://www.tixx.ca, by calling 403-502-8777, and in person at the Esplanade box office or the Medicine Hat Mall customer service desk.
