Helen Annie Tollefson, beloved wife of Arnold Tollefson of Medicine Hat, passed away with her family by her side on Monday, January 18th, 2016 at the age of 72 years. Helen will be missed very much by her children, Kimberley Tollefson (Colin Nonomura), Kristal (Scott) Carruthers and Karen (Kevin) Varey; and one granddaughter, Amy Tollefson. At Helen's request a private family funeral service will take place. 1930 – 2016
Mary Ann Mayberry of Medicine Hat, passed away at the age of 85 years, on Sunday, January 10, 2016 beloved wife of the late George Mayberry. She leaves to cherish her memory daughter Janice (Alan) McWhan of Lousana, Alberta and son Jim (Jackie) Mayberry of Medicine Hat; five grandchildren Jennifer (Cam) Jans, Amanda (Andrew), Megan, and Clayton McWhan and Colton Mayberry, as well as two people who were very dear to her, Aunt Mary Schnell and cousin Jack Kuntz. She was predeceased by her husband George in 2005, and her daughter Linda Robinson Smereka in 2008; two sons-in-law Jerry Robinson and Harry Smereka. Those who wish to pay their respects may do so at the PATTISON FUNERAL HOME on Friday for 1 hour prior to the service. A celebration of her life will be held in the PATTISON CHAPEL on Friday, January 22, 2016 at 11:00 am.
