MINNEAPOLIS – The Toronto Blue Jays are making an early exit from the playoffs.
The Minnesota Twins beat Toronto 2-0 to complete a two-game sweep in the American League wild-card series.
Toronto dropped a 3-1 decision in the series opener at Target Field.
The Blue Jays have been swept in the first round in three of the last four years.
The Twins will play the Houston Astros in the AL Division Series.
