AMAC swim club races at Cochrane Comet Cup

Local youth, junior and senior swimmers raced at the second annual Comet Cup. Results are as follows. Female 11-12 Nayla Berg (11): Finished first in 50m Breast, second in 100m Breast, third in 200m Breast, fifth in 50m Free, sixth in 50m Fly and 100m IM and eighth in 50m Back (new 11 y/o provincial time) Lauren Gainsborough (12): Finished second in 200m IM(new 12 y/o provincial time), third in 50m Fly (new 12y/o provincial time), 100m IM, 50m Free (new 12 y/o provincial time) and 100m Breast (new 12 y/o provincial time), sixth in 100m Fly and ninth in 50m Back. Estelle Grisak (12): Finished fourth in 400m Free, 5th In 100 Back, 100m IM and 100m Free, seventh in 50m Back (new 12 y/o provincial time) and 200m Back, eighth in 200m Free and 50m Free. Breagh Kohlman (11): Finished fifth in 50m Fly, sixth in 50m Breast, eighth in 200m Breast, 10th in 200m IM, 100m Breast, 100m Free and 100m IM and 11th in 50, Free. Lily McWilliams (12): Finished first in 50m Back, 50m Free (15 and over provincial time) 100m Back (new 12 y/o provincial time), second in 400m Free, 100m Free and 1500m Free, third In 50m Breast and 200m Free. Female 13-14y/o Aydria Berg (14): Finished third in 100m IM and 100m Breast, fourth in 50m breast, sixth in 50m Fly, 10th in 400m Free, 12th in 50m Free and 13th in 100m Free. Jordan Hill (14): Finished ninth in 50m Back, 12th in 200m Back, 19th in 200m Free, 20th in 100m Back, 21st in 100m Free and 23rd in 50m Free. Teagan Hollingworth (14): Finished third in 50m Back, 10th in 200m Back and 50m breast, 12th in 100m Free, 14th in 100m Back, 15th in 50m Back and 18th in 200m Free. Aliya Seeley (13): Finished second in 100m IM, fourth in 1,500m Free, fifth in 400m Free, sixth in 50m Back, seventh in 50m Free and 100m Free, eighth in 200m Free and 100m Back. Female 15 and over Abigail Begin (15): Finished second in 50m back, 50m Fly, 100m Back and 100m, seventh in 100m Free and 12th in 400m Free. Morgan Hobson (15): Finished second in 100m Breast, 200m Breast, 200m IM, 50m Breast and 100m Fly, third in 50m Fly and fourth in 100m Back and 50m Free. Jocelyn Macphail (17): Finished first in 50m Free, 50m Back, 50m Fly and 100m IM, third in 100m Free and 50m Breast and fourth in 100m Breast. Male 11-12 Gage Anderson (11): Finished third in 50m Back, fifth in 400m Free, sixth in 50m Fly, 50m Free and 100m Free, seventh in 100m Back, eighth in 50m Breast and 10th in 200m Back. Masao Mori (12): Finished first in 50m Breast, 1,500m Free and 50m Fly (new 13 y/o provincial time), second in 50m Back (new 12 and under provincial time), 100m Free (new 13 y/o provincial time), third in 100m Back (new 13 y/o provincial time) and fourth in 100m Breast. Male 13-14 Wyatt Gage (14): Finished first in 100m IM, third in 100m Fly, 50m Fly and 50m Free (new 14-15 y/o provincial time), fifth in 200m IM and 200m Free, sixth in 100m Free and ninth in 100m Breast. Caen McWilliams (14): Finished first in 50m Back, 50m Free and 200m Back (new 14-15 y/o champ time), second in 100m Fly, 50m Fly, 100m Back and 400m Free (new 14-15 y/o champ time and 16 and over provincial time), third in 100m Free. Micah Smith: Finished sixth in 50m Breast and 50m back, 10th in 400m Free, 13th in 200m Back, 15th in 50m Free, 16th in 100m Free and 18th in 200m Free. Leo Yonkman (14): Finished third in 50m Breast, fourth in 100m IM, seventh in 400m Free and 50m Fly, eighth in 50m Free, 11th in 100m Free and 14th in 200m IM and 100m Breast.
