Gas City Crossfit athlete places second at Calgary event

Gas City Crossfit athlete Garreth MacPherson made the trip to Calgary this weekend and left with a second-place men’s individual finish at the Optimum Performance Training Box Competition.

The competition consisted of eight strongman workout sessions spread out over a three-day period.

Workouts included a variety of strong-man events, as well as running and swimming.

Gas City Crossfit’s Kaine Dick also competed at the event.
