Rare double-eagle at Hat Club’s hole No. 17

Medicine Hat Golf and Country Club was home to an albatross last month. The local course has confirmed that Troy Hieb completed the double-eagle on the par-5 Hole 17 back on June 24, using a hybrid club to hole out on his second shot. Local courses are encouraged to submit hole-in-one and albatross reports to sports@medicinehatnews.com. 4-3
