Tigers sign D Nolan

The Medicine Hat Tigers announced Wednesday they have signed 15-year-old defenceman Ryan Nolan to a standard Western Hockey League player agreement.

Nolan – who joined the Tigers as a third-round selection, 56th overall, at the 2019 bantam draft – recorded eight goals and 16 assists in 31 games with the Alberta Major Bantam Hockey League’s Calgary Northstars last season. The 5-foot-11, 141-pound Calgary product also took in two games with CNHA Canucks minor midget AAA squad.
