“We would like the public to get involved with our World Under-17 tournament,” said Hat host committee chair Terry Bartman in a press release. “this is going to be great hockey and we are excited our residents will get a chance to witness future NHL stars from all over the world playing right here in our community.”

The early-bird price for the 12-game package is $180; $110 for youth under 18 years old. Prices for the same number of games in Swift Current (which is co-hosting the tournament) is $150 and $90. Swift doesn’t get the medal round games.
