Minor football scores from this week

There were two games in minor football this week reported, both in the peewee age group.

On Monday, the Argonauts won 27-6 over the Grover Dental Roughriders. Abdul Kiawen scored three touchdowns and Arol Mavok the other in a winning cause, while Hayden King replied for the Riders.

Tuesday’s peewee game saw the Stampeders edge the Sports Connection Tiger-Cats 26-12. Carter Giesbrecht had two touchdowns and Hudson Stewart another for the Stampeders, while Kai Eld and finn Unger scored for the Tiger-Cats.
