Alberta Serious Incident Response Team investigators say the 21-year-old suspect who was shot was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

The other suspect, who is 29, was arrested.

Two sawed-off firearms were recovered.

Team investigators say they will focus on the circumstances of the officer-involved shooting and whether police conduct was lawful.
