Medalta resident artists hosting open house Saturday

Medalta artists in residence are hosting an open house in honour of Saturday’s inaugural Art in Motion event.

Artists will not only be showcasing their work – on exhibit now at Medalta – they will also be sharing their passion for art with pottery and art sculpture activities and demos.

As well as work by the four resident artists, the open house also features an exhibit located in Medalta’s beehive kiln and works by local artisans available for purchase.

The open house runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is free.
