Kinsmen Club sponsoring free family swim times at Hill, Strathcona pools

The Kinsmen Club of Medicine Hat is helping Hatters keep cool this summer by sponsoring free family swim at Hill Pool and Strathcona Pool.

The sponsorship, now in its 38th year, is a long-held tradition of Medicine Hat’s Kinsmen Club.

“We are proud of our legacy, which is to serve our community’s greatest needs and we believe providing free family swimming … throughout the summer does just that,” Cameron Kemp, former president of the club, said.

Free family swim times can be found online. The city is reminding families all children under the age of eight, must be accompanied by an adult while in the water.
