Brooks RCMP seek suspects in string of graffiti

Mounties in Brooks are tracking down taggers who have gone on a graffiti spree this month.

The detachment announced Monday it is looking for those responsible for spray painting a number of businesses in the city with crude references to feminine hygiene products, animals as well as “U.S.A.,” and “C.I.A.”

Officials say the vandalism, which began appearing on Jan. 9, is similar in styling. That leads them to conclude they are related. Anyone with information should contact the detachment at 403-794-4400 or CrimeStoppers (1-800-222-8477 or via the “P3 Tips” smartphone app.)
