SE Hill group hosting drop-off bottle drive

The Southeast Hill Neighbourhood Association will stage a drop-off bottle drive on Saturday to benefit the Medicine Hat Women’s Shelter. “We at the SEHNA wanted to do our part to help others in our community,” reads a statement from the organizers. “Helps us come together safely to raise funds for the local women’s shelter.” The bagged drop-off of refundable bottles and cans will take place from 1-4 p.m. on Saturday, May 16 near Central Park. A trailer provided by Redcliff Bottle Depot with be on site near 11th Street and Third Avenue next to the park. Anyone making a donation is asked to maintain healthy physical distance and be health conscious. 5-4
