Be great if the tanker proposal to transport western Canada crude for refining at Irving in New Brunswick thus avoiding Quebec opposition to a pipeline thru their land. Then perhaps a 10 per cent penalty tax on fuel purchased on any vehicle sporting Quebec plates could be imposed to show that holding the ROC to task has unintentional consequences.
