Methamphetamine charges dropped for man arrested back in January

A local man accused of possessing methamphetamine for the purposes of trafficking has had the charge withdrawn.
Dustin Stubbin’s charge was dropped Dec. 10, according to court documents.
He was arrested on Jan. 8 after a traffic stop, which police said was the result of a tip from the public.
