Local Ducks Unlimited chapter hosting annual fundraising dinner on Friday

The Medicine Hat chapter of Ducks Unlimited is holding its annual fundraising dinner and auction on Friday and there is still time to purchase tickets. The event takes place at HomeStay Inn & Suites from 5:30 p.m., with dinner plus live and silent auctions featuring the latest and exclusive Ducks Unlimited merchandise -including art, collectibles, furniture and accessories. Lois Rissling, treasurer of the local chapter, says it is about celebrating the chapter’s 38 years. It is also the main annual fundraiser and proceeds help to fund new Ducks Unlimited projects and ongoing maintenance of existing projects.
