Ticked Off and Tickled Pink March 14

Tickled Pink

With the nice person who found my utility bill and put it in my mailbox. Thank you very much.

Ticked Off

With the utility bill service charges and ommodity charges! Must be seven or eight extra charges on each utility. What really burns me is we have to pay GST on a carbon levy tax! Isn’t double taxation illegal?

Ticked Off

Our universities, colleges and some schools are teaching all things from the left. Please keep your political correctness to your self. Don’t destroy our youth.

Ticked Off

Pharmacies need to remind staff to not ignore customers who are just picking up their meds. It takes only two minutes out of your day.

Tickled Pink

With the city of Medicine Hat’s snow clearing. Great job, guys!

Tickled Pink

Politics is always a hot topic. I’m hopeful that “the prairie provinces” will educate themselves and at election time vote. It is our God-given right so please use it!

Ticked Off

The government is concerned about 9,000 jobs in Quebec. What about the 100,000 jobs in Alberta?

Tickled Pink

By the display at the recent trade show showing examples of what can and can not be recycled. It was very helpful to see real examples of what goes where.

Tickled Pink

If traffic enforcement took place in Medicine Hat. Not just speeding! I see infractions everytime I am out.

Ticked Off

Why should corporations get a tax break plus their writeoffs? They should pay the same as the rest of us who get no breaks.

Tickled Pink

So happy I made it to Calgary to see Barack Obama. He is a true leader, radiating strength and wisdom. More leaders should emulate his example, from city council on up.

Ticked Off

With our new drinking laws. How am I able to get home at a reasonable hour if there are no taxis available? We need to get some sort of a Lyft or Uber program to our city.

Ticked Off

People on drugs are not criminals, they are sick. Sick people do not get healed in prison. If we try to help people with compassion instead of condemnation, something like heaven may dawn.

Ticked Off

That individuals not feeling well continue to mingle in the public and continue to spread viruses. Common sense should tell you to stay home.

Ticked Off

If you think a government change is all that’s required to build pipelines, go to B.C. and overthrow the coalition that’s blocking Alberta’s efforts. If you want bad changes to taxes, outdated morality, and a decimated education system vote UCP in Alberta.

You are correct, people on drugs are not criminals… That is until they are doing illegal drugs. That is until they do criminal acts to get their drugs, such as break into people’s homes, garages, yard sheds and or cars. That is until they go into people’s yards and take our recyclables, yard tools or decorations and anything else they feel they can get away with.
So if they are doing criminal acts, how can you say they are not criminals?
And you are very uninformed by saying, “Sick people do not get healed in prison” because a very large percentage of AA, CA, and NA members found recovery in prison. As a matter of fact, the 12 step programs are the most successful programs in prisons. But they have to be in the programs for them to work.
