Ticked off and Tickled Pink March 5

By Ticked Off - Tickled Pink on March 5, 2019.

Ticked Off

That I was almost run off the road because of someone swinging their car into the left lane to turn right. Where do you people learn to drive like this? Please leave your bad driving habits in your own province.

Ticked Off

That there is no municipal election tomorrow because our top dude needs to go now. He takes credit for all the new businesses that both governments brought to us but throws them under the bus when it suits him.

Tickled Pink

With Peter Mueller’s comments in the Feb. 20 newspaper. Keep it coming on the opposition’s bad dealings for Alberta. It’s unfortunate you’re not running in the north part of Medicine Hat.

Tickled Pink

So glad to see the “Empire” actor being charged with a felony for disorderly conduct and filing a false police report for orchestrating his own attack claiming he was choked by attackers shouting “This is MAGA country.” Hope he gets charged to the fullest

Ticked Off

That Bylaw Enforcement apparently won’t enforce the bylaws unless someone formally complains. If you are driving around and see an unshovelled sidewalk and it hasn’t snowed for three days you know they are breaking the bylaw and should be fined. Time to start doing your job.

Ticked Off

It is not the taxpayers’ responsibility to support the drugs or places to inject. These drug users know what drugs do, it’s their choice. No sympathy from me.

Tickled Pink

I am so excited about the upcoming elections. Both Trudeau and Notley will be gone and then we’ll have the Conservatives and UCP. I can foresee pipelines east, west and south. The economy will boom under Scheer and Kenny’s watch. We will be living in utopia for sure.

Ticked Off

Solely blaming governments for a lack of pipeline construction without the industry sharing the blame is shortsighted.

Tickled Pink

I don’t pay for photo radar because I don’t speed. Purely a voluntary form of taxation. Much better than a sales tax.

Tickled Pink

With everyone that gave their newspaper carriers a tip at Christmas. We appreciate your thoughtfulness. We also thank you for your clean sidewalks and outdoor sensor lights.

Tickled Pink

That weather pictures are back in full colour.

Ticked Off

Unless it’s in a direct quote about something extremely significant, “helluva” does not belong in a front page newspaper headline.

Tickled Pink

If we would stop talking about The Province of Alberta leaving Canada. Our province was doing very well until we elected the NDP provincially and the Liberals were elected federally.

Ticked Off

With people with the hand held snowblowers who think it is perfectly all right to blow snow onto your freshly shovelled side walk and driveway.

Ticked Off

Bylaw cannot tell one household to remove their neatly placed cord over the sidewalk while twenty more on the same block have theirs curled up all over and also plug their vehicles in. It’s all or none.
