Every time the abortion issue comes up the first thing you hear is what about unwanted pregnancies as a result of rape. I would be surprised if even one or two per cent of all abortions have anything to do with rape. There can always be an exception in cases of rape.

With the short memory of opposition to Phoenix payroll. Gun registry. Auto bailouts. Flights with armoured car. All had major expenses to Canada taxpayers.

That my MLA has left the legislature 19 times and refuses to debate or vote on an important issue for women’s rights. Is he in favour or against protecting women seeking medical services?

That gas only seems to go down two cents a litre at a time but goes up 10 cents a litre.

Why does the Spectrum committee not employ some elementary school Safety Patrol children to control the pedestrian traffic at the four-way stop on Kipling Street. Most deer are smarter about crossing the street than this mob.

It galls me that the developed world has to bear the brunt of all things environmental while the massive islands of plastic in the oceans will grow unabated because the developing world doesn’t appear to care.

Speak for yourself, blue bin hater. City pickup of recycling is a huge bonus to the thousands of us who now only need to drive to the drop-off locations with glass every few months — not days. And for so little cost. Thanks, City of Medicine Hat.

At all the unsightly properties on the southeast hill that the slum landlords are allowing to go to ruin.
