Ticked Off and Tickled Pink June 5

Ticked Off

Street sweeping signs went up here in Ross Glen Sunday morning for Monday sweeping. Monday is scheduled garbage pick up, after no pick up last week due to holiday. Who makes these decisions?

Ticked Off

A pregnant woman’s choice to abort her baby is not like other choices she might make in her life. This one involves another human life, which will be snuffed out.

Ticked Off

The person who writes so bitterly against religion should read the whole Bible. There is love and mercy as well as judgment.

Tickled Pink

I enjoy reading the Ticked Off and Tickled Pink comments and am impressed with how well expressed they are.

Ticked Off

Hats off to one participant in particular, whose Katch N’ Kennel bail was $2,500, but he left his kennel raising $18,290. He has raised over $25,000 in the last couple of years. Absolutely amazing.

Tickled Pink

To see all the NDP faces when interest rates hit 21 per cent and taxpayers have to make the interest payments racked up on debt by the NDP.

Ticked Off

With the pea brain who thinks we should all refuse to use the blue bins. Does he or she use other facilities in the city that others find useless? Grow up!

Ticked Off

Sad that a phone has become most peoples’ best friend.

Ticked Off

At a lady driving a truck who leaves her dog in the vehicle when she goes in to buy groceries. I was just about to phone the police.

Tickled Pink

A big thank you to the Canalta Centre to everyone responsible for bringing in Cirque du Soleil. What a fantastic show. Anbody who didn’t go missed a great show. And the prices were so very reasonable.

Ticked Off

With the local law enforcement. There were two girls out on the river with no life jackets or paddles, but lots of booze. The police were contacted but they never showed up.

Ticked Off

I believe the safe injection site is keeping sick people sick. Put the money into making them well.

Ticked Off

That nobody is standing up to the wolf in sheep’s clothing — building a pipeline with taxpayer (our) dollars. Notley robbing us for clean and green; Trudeau robbing us for dirty, rotten, black oil.

Tickled Pink

With the brilliance of street sweeping on garbage day.

Ticked Off

I’m tired of the opposition’s dirty politics regarding the pipeline. Oil is now hauled by train and truck which makes it many times more dangerous for spillage.

Ticked Off

$10 billion in economic losses for Canada to make a difference of .002 degrees difference temperature change. This shows how ridiculous the carbon tax is and how stupid the existing governments in power are.

Tickled Pink

Thanks to the SPCA on having a great family friendly event at the end of May. Happy to see they were so close to reaching their goal.
