‘War room’ stunt not cheap

By Letter to the Editor on November 16, 2019.

I invite all who supported the UCP in the provincial election to grab their calculators and divide the $30 million Mr. Kenney is spending on his “war room” by the annual HALO helicopter ambulance budget, which is $2.6 million. The correct answer is 11.5 years or nearly three election cycles of four years each.

It seems to me that the “war room” is merely a stunt, but it is not a cheap stunt.

Another week, another whiny rant against the UCP. I would like to believe you are so very concerned about HALO, but your lack of objectivity screams to everyone that you are just a left-wing kook that worships at the Notley altar.

Where are your facts Impala to prove Gregory is wrong? Every conservative in my world agrees with him. We would also like you to explain to us how you are going to see that the Orphan Well mess, Klein created is going to paid for, in other words how much money are you willing to provide? Now we learn that Jason Kenney and Sask. premier Scott Moe have hired their Reform Party buddies Preston Manning and Stephen Harper so they can share in screwing taxpayers out of their money while Kenney continues to give away our oil wealth while increasing tax breaks for his rich friends. Please explain why Albertans should allow this to happen? Is the rumour true that Jason Kenney has frozen royalties for ten years screwing Albertans out of billions of more dollars, my conservative friends and I would certainly like to know, maybe Impala would like to find out for us?Maybe you would like to explain where you find the gall to call yourself a conservative and hurl sarcastic comments at anyone who doesn’t think like you when you are the one supporting a well known Liberal like Klein was and Kenney is. Turning into a Reformer doesn’t make them a conservative in our world . Did you bother to check into their background? While you are at it can you see any reason why people who are being hurt by what Kenney is doing shouldn’t start suing those of you who blindly supported him? Maybe the lawyers were right when they suggested that’s what we should have been doing when Klein was destroying us, what do you think ? I think Impala has a lot of explaining to do and us conservatives will be waiting to hear it.
