Four years of public mistakes proves you’re the NDP

Re: “Sketchy numbers from local representatives,” May 8

Wow, Fred Lewis, that’s quite a letter you wrote. The title of the letter above yours was “Resist the hatred.” Maybe the News can tell you next time so it doesn’t seem too ironic.

We all get it. You don’t like Mr. Barnes or Mr. Clugston. Fair enough. But obviously the majority of your “friends” and neighbours do. That’s democracy for you and me. Now it’s your turn to abide until 2023. Mark it down. I have.

Make one public mistake and you prove you’re human. Make four years of public mistakes and you prove you are NDP.

When the Leap Manifesto is imposed on Canadians, you’ll be happy as a clam, I’ll bet.

As far as tap water is concerned, have you ever considered moving to where the tap water is more friendly to your body chemistry? Someplace like Toronto, Vancouver or Quebec City? How about Beijing, Pyongyang or Moscow?

I bet you’d be way happier there and frankly, so would I.

I just can’t wait for your next communication from the fountain of pure truth.
