CP NewsAlert: Amber Alert for baby missing from Montreal area this morning

MONTREAL – An Amber Alert has been issued for a baby girl missing from the Montreal area.

Montreal police say one-year-old Zeynab Cherrabi El Alaoui was allegedly abducted today by her 18-year-old mother, Miryanna Monterrosa-Laberge.

The mother and child were last seen in the Montreal borough of Lachine at about 9:25 a.m.

Police are asking anyone with information about their whereabouts to call 911.
