CCAA Golf Diary: Up-and-down first day for Rattlers golfers

By None on October 18, 2017.

Medicine Hat College Rattlers golf coach Trevor Moore will be publishing a daily diary from his team’s experiences at the CanadianCollegiate Athletics Association golf championships in Ontario. The second post.

Round one is over and done…finally!

The day started off with a two hour long frost delay. We eventually got the rounds rolling but the winds made an overly-long golf course play even longer.

All three ladies had had their ups and downs throughout the day, yet managed to establish a bit of rhythm late in the round.

They all feel pretty good about how the finished off the day. After a good sleep they will all be ready to chase onward again tomorrow.

By the sounds of things we were not nearly as windy as everyone back home. Hope everyone faired well on the home-front.
