Kwahommies take home the title at Crescent Heights volleyball tournament

The Hat High Kwahommies took home the title at the Crescent Heights girls volleyball tournament this weekend.

The Kwahommies defeated the higher-seeded Eagle Butte Talons in straight sets to secure the championship, 25-22, 25-15.

After finishing 6-2 in Friday’s group stage, the Kwahommies defeated Brooks with a dominant comeback quarter-final victory, 17-25, 25-4, 15-8. Hat High earned their place in the final with a 25-17, 23-25, 15-12 battle with the McCoy Colts, while the Talons punched their ticket to the championship game after defeating Strathmore in the quarter-finals and Winston Churchill in the semis.
