BOETTCHER

Inez Boettcher passed away on Monday, July 20, 2015, at the age of 93 years, beloved wife of the late Alfred Boettcher. She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Wanda (Rick) Eresman of Medicine Hat; her two grandchildren, Tristan Eresman of Medicine Hat; and Travis (Kayla) Eresman of Brooks; one sister, Gladys Foster; one sister-in-law, Emma Haag as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Katherine and George Haag; her husband, Alfred on February 27, 2002; three brothers, Elmer Haag and two in infancy, and three sisters, Anna Henning, Ella Enslen and Martha Jeske. For many years, Inez worked alongside her husband on the farm driving grain truck or any other chore she could do. They moved to Medicine Hat in 1965. Mom was an excellent cook and baker. After moving to Medicine Hat, she worked at South Country Village as a cook for several years. Following that, she worked at the Betty Shop in retail. Mom was a very generous and caring person, always putting her family first, especially her grandson’s who she loved to take camping and fishing. A private family graveside service will be held. SCHULZ

Elizabeth “Betty” Schulz passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2015, at the age of 95 years, beloved wife of the late Harry Schulz . She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Gail (Terry) George of Redcliff ; her grandchildren, Teresa George and her son Tre and Chance George and his son Easten; one brother, Peter Dirk; one sister, Lil (Milbert) Knodel; one sister-in-law, Bev Dirk as well as numerous nieces and nephews and their families. She was predeceased by her parents, Michael and Regina Dirk; her husband, Harry on December 19, 1982; her brothers, Dan (Ann) Dirk, Joe (Margaret) Dirk and Richard Dirk; her sisters, Anna (Joe) Wist, Agatha (Ludwig) Baron and Mary (Joe) Bonogofski and one sister-in-law, Gay Dirk. A graveside service will be held in the Hillside Cemetery on Monday, July 27, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. with Life Celebrant, David Townsend.
