Survived by: Husband Gordon McLean, Son Bob Cripps, Daughter Lorna Cripps, Step-children Darcy McLean, Chandra Brown, Miranda Coulson, and Brent McLean, Sisters Sandy Silcox and Betty Wills, Brothers Tom Wills and John Wills, 1 Granddaughter Katrina Cripps, 7 Step-grandchildren, Great-Grandson Alistair and Great-Grand-daughter Kendall, numerous Nieces and Nephews. She was pre-deceased by her Parents Art and Ann Wills.
Carol was born in Vancouver BC. The family moved frequently, living in logging camps throughout BC. Carol joined the Navy in 1962. She met Randy Cripps and in 1965 they both left the Navy and moved to the Cripps family ranch in Eastend, SK and married. Carol loved the ranch life. The ranch was sold in 1974 and the Cripps’ moved into town. In 1977 the family moved to Estevan SK, then in 1978 moved to St. Albert AB. Randy and Carol divorced in 1980. Carol met and married Gordon McLean in 1981. Carol enjoyed sewing, knitting, picture puzzles, cooking and baking, camping and attending the CFR each year.
Carol’s family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff at the Royal Alexandra, Glenrose Rehabilitation, and University Hospitals for the excellent care she received.

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Chelsea Dawn Barley announce her passing in Lethbridge, Alberta on Monday, March 2, 2015, at the age of 31 years. Chelsea will be remembered by her dear daughter, Kylee; parents, Cori and Bill Barley; sister, Kara Barley and her daughter, Zoie Redding; a brother, Dexter Barley; grandparents, Harvey and Sheila Fraser; close friend, Todd Kluthe as well as numerous aunts and uncles and their families. She was predeceased by grandparents, Loreen and Frank Barley. Chelsea was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on February 14, 1984, a daughter to proud parents, Cori and Bill Barley. She grew up in Manitoba where she attended school and spent many hours in the rinks playing ringette. In 2001, the family moved to Medicine Hat where Chelsea attended Medicine Hat High School and graduated in 2002. She was proud of her daughter, Kylee and loved her with all her heart. Chelsea’s life will be celebrated in Portage la Prairie where she will peacefully rest. Catherine, beloved wife of Murray James Faulkner of Calgary, passed away at Rockyview General Hospital on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at the age of 45 years.
Catherine was born August 14, 1969 in Edmonton to William and Lorraine Gale. Catherine is survived by her two sons Ethan Faulkner of Medicine Hat and Ryan Faulkner of Calgary; two brothers Jeffrey Gale and Robert Gale (Melinda); and nephews Robert Jr. Gale and Richard Gale and their families. Catherine was predeceased by her parents, her brother Jamie, and her daughter Allison.

.FIEBER
Lester Mathew Fieber, husband of Lorraine Fieber of Langley, BC, passed away on Saturday, February 28 at the Good Samaritan Dementia Cottages facility in Medicine Hat at the age of 86. He was born on October 31, 1928 to Charlie and Lena Fieber in Lampman, Saskatchewan and was the youngest of 13 siblings.
Lester is survived by his wife; his brothers, Irvine and Harold and his sisters Catherine and Eva (105); his son, Darrell Fieber ( Carol England) and daughter Gwen Katcher; his step son, Neil (Sara) Humphreys; two step daughters, Paula Hillier and Lee Wolff (Martin Livingston); and two grandchildren, Kandis (Todd) McInnis and Andrew (Leah) Humphreys.
Lester was an honest, humble and hard-working man who enjoyed brisk walks (often to Tim’s), golfing, bowling, supporting Tigers hockey, water skiing, dancing and vacationing with Lorraine in their Puerto Vallarta timeshare. Neighbours envied his well-manicured, green lawns and his award-winning Christmas decorations.
Lester’s wishes were to have his cremated remains spread upon the prairie, and a private family gathering will occur in the future to accommodate this desire and celebrate his life.

It is with heartfelt emotion that the family of Mary Anne Litousky announces her passing on Wednesday, March 4th, 2015 at the age of 72 years. Surrounded by love, she took her last breaths to rejoin her father and mother, Evert and Vi Peterson, her brother and nephew, Floyd and Lee Peterson and her sister-in-law, Bertha Litowsky. Mary is survived by her loving husband; Bill Litousky, her children: Tony Litousky, Bill (Lori) Litousky, Barb (Murray) Faulkner, and Lilas Litousky. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren; Calvin Litousky, Bryanne (Trajan) Ogden, Haillee (Karel) Beijer, Connor and Harrison Litousky, Elizabeth Ast, Krystal (Dan) Gray, Samantha Ast, Cassandra “Casey” Ast, Aura and River Litousky; as well as her great-grandchildren; Seann and Lexi. Mary is also survived by her brother Merv (Joyce) Peterson, her sisters-in-law, Brenda Peterson and Susan (Manfred) Tiebs; brothers-in-law, Wally (Liz) Litousky, Joe Litowsky and Bob (Linda) Litowsky; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mary was born in Medicine Hat, Alberta and grew up on the family farm in the Box Springs area. She attended a country schoolhouse, then Alexandra Junior High, and Medicine Hat High School where she graduated in 1960. Mary loved animals, especially her pet lamb “Lamby” and she was always nurturing animals on the farm. She would always fight for the “little” guy and detested bullying. Mary married her soul mate, Bill, on May 25th, 1961 in Calgary, Alberta. They moved between Calgary, Lethbridge, Coaldale, and back to Medicine Hat in 1972. Mary loved Medicine Hat and the Prairies so much that moving to Penticton in 1991 had them move back to her beloved Prairies in 1993. Mary was a hard worker and loved everybody’s children like her own. She was proud to start a lunch program as a Teacher’s Aide at Alexandra Junior High School in the early 1980’s and was respected by all who came to know her. Mary was very artistic and loved to paint mostly landscapes and animals. She also became involved as a Board Member of Hatterland Children’s Theatre and never missed a play since 2002. Her love of her Saviour, Jesus Christ, was extremely important to her and she expressed it freely to all. Mary was a passionate lady who loved fiercely and unconditionally which is why everyone could call her “Mom”. For those fortunate to have received one of her “bear” hugs she will be deeply missed. Johannes “John” Franciscus Mastel passed away with his wife and children at his side, on Thursday, March 5, 2015 at the age of 84 years, beloved husband of Rosella Mastel of Medicine Hat. He also leaves to cherish his memory his children, Judy (Gordon) Gukert, Vera (Tim) Gruber, Dave (Lorrie Isbister) Mastel and Dean (Sheila) Mastel; nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren, Chris and Robyn (Zayden and Quorra); Jeremy and Melanie (Gavin and Morgan); Nichole and Justin (Liam, Lyrah and Archer); Tania (Tenisha, Jayden and their father Jay); Ashley and Marc (Tyne); Megan; Courtney and Shane; Jordan; and Jared; one brother, Adam (Terry) Mastel; three sisters, Pauline Ruckaber, Mary Penner and Kathy (Pete) Hammel; three sisters-in-law, Monica Mastel, Joyce Mastel and Lena (Tom) Gutfriend as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Katherine and Albert Mastel; three brothers, Albert, Adolph and Peter; his in-laws, Bill Ruckaber, Abe Penner, Mike Schmidt, Wendlin (Joyce) Herle and his mother and father-in-law, Frank (Alice) Herle. John was born near Josephstal, Saskatchewan on June 7, 1930. In 1953, he married Rosella Herle, and they’ve celebrated 61 wonderful years of marriage. Together they moved their family to Medicine Hat in 1960. John was a loving husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend to all he met. He gave unconditional love to his family, and always put everyone’s needs before his own. John lived a very full life. It spanned from farming the wheat fields of Saskatchewan, to the condo he loved in Medicine Hat. Along the path, John worked at a garage, drove City bus, and together with Rosella they owned and operated a downtown restaurant (Peters’ Pantry). Later he sold furniture at Eaton’s, and then eased into retirement with his job at Revelstoke Lumber (for him this was a toy store). Our family functions will not be the same without the music of his piano or accordion. “We will miss you so much, but our hearts will stay full with memories of your love and sweet music” Those who wish to pay their respects may do so at the PATTISON FUNERAL HOME on Monday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Family and friends will gather for prayers in the PATTISON CHAPEL on Monday at 7:00 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated in St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church (238 2nd Ave N.E.) on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at 10:30a.m. with Fr. Yvon Gerald Tetrault passed away peacefully on March 5, 2015 at the age of 87. He is fondly remembered by family and friends especially his wife of 62 years, Laurette, his seven children : Guy (Donna), Lise (Linda), Michelle Hesch (Garry), Robert (Betty), Alain (Gail), Denis and Donald (Brenda), his thirteen grandchildren, three great grandchildren, his brother Roland (Aline) and sister Monique. Yvon was born on April 1, 1927, in Lafleche, Saskatchewan as the second of four children of Edouard and Germaine Tetrault. Yvon’s father farmed near Glentworth, Saskatchewan. The family moved back to their Quebec farm at St. Cesaire when Yvon was seven years old and returned to Saskatchewan when Yvon was 14 in 1941. At the age of 17, he worked on the construction of the Hope- Princeton Highway in B.C. and at the age of 19 he became a CPR Station Agent in Fir Mountain, Sask. He worked for the CPR for 13 years and while in Coderre, he started and ran a Credit Union out of the CPR station. He left the CPR in 1963 to become the Assistant Credit Union Manager in Gravelbourg, then was Credit Union Manager in Eastend, Saskatchewan, before becoming an auditor of credit unions in 1970 and then assuming the role of General Manager of the Shaunavon Credit Union in 1971 until his retirement in 1988. Yvon was your consummate community volunteer and a man of great faith. He contributed his time as: scout master; Grand Knight for the Knights of Columbus; Lions club member; Catholic parish and diocese member; hockey coach and general community promoter. He kept his rural roots by maintaining several gardens, loved wood working and remodeling homes, and was an avid golfer spearheading the building of golf courses in Shamrock Park, Eastend and Shaunavon, Saskatchewan. He passionately followed his kids and grandkids sports and the Habs. Those who wish to pay their respects may do so at the PATTISON FUNERAL HOME on Sunday from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. and at the church on Monday from 11:00 a.m. to 11:55 a.m. Prayers will be held in the PATTISON CHAPEL on Sunday afternoon at 4:00 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Parish (1451 Strachan Road SE) on Monday, March 9, 2015 at 12:00 noon with Fr.
