Compassionate Friends hosting candle lighting and tea on Sunday

The Compassionate Friends is holding its 32nd annual Memorial Candle Lighting and Friendship Tea on Sunday.

Attendees are asked to bring their own unique memorial candle and a photograph of their child. A poem, reading or song to share is also welcome.

Free-will contributions to support the local chapter of The Compassionate Friends will be accepted.

All grieving and bereaved parents and their family members are welcome to attend.

The event will take place at The Salvation Army Community Church at 164 Stratton Way SE.
