Update: Stolen truck located in Strathmore, two arrested

The stolen dark blue 2007 Ford F150 has been recovered by Strathmore RCMP, shortly after 5 p.m. on Thursday. Two male occupants have been arrested in relation to the vehicle and its contents.

The MHPS is currently working with Strathmore RCMP in an attempt to connect the individuals to the rash of vehicle mischief/thefts within Medicine Hat.

Medicine Hat Police Service is asking the public for assistance to locate a stolen truck after close to 30 vehicles in the city were damaged and property was stolen from some of them this week.

The truck in question is described as a dark blue 2007 extended cab Ford F150 with Alberta Plate BPM-3033. The truck has a Harwood Ford Trucks sticker on the back window and a Big S Swabbing Ltd. Sticker on the tailgate. Police acknowledge the licence plate could have been switched with another stolen plate.

The males being sought are Caucasian with slender to medium builds, medium height and are believed to be in their 20s. One male has a cut on his right forearm.

The incidents happened on the evening of June 28 and early morning hours of June 29. The truck was stolen in Medicine Hat on June 28.
