Best of Country Music in Medicine Hat

Nashville’s Donny Lee is returning to Medicine Hat.

Lee was here in November with his Honkytonk Experience show and is back this month for an April 29 date with his show Donny Lee and the Best of Country Music.

The show, 7:30 p.m. at the Medicine Hat College Eresman Theatre, will run the gamut of country music from old school Merle Haggard and George Jones right up to the songs that are topping the charts now. Lee will also perform songs by all-time favourites Alan Jackson, George Strait and Garth Brooks to name a few.

It’s not just covers though. Lee, originally from Alberta but now making a name for himself in Music City, will also perform some of his most popular original songs.
