Tickled Pink

By the gentleman who shared his Subway coupons on a recent Wednesday afternoon, I really appreciated it. Thank you.

Ticked Off

To the person that complained about Christmas Tennis Tournament: Grow up. It was a wonderful event to remember a wonderful man.

Ticked Off

To see that the local paper has gone to using plastic bags in its door-to-door delivery. In this day and age of cities and jurisdictions eliminating the use of plastic bags, it seems a counterproductive move.

Tickled Pink

If stats would say in the deaths if the patient had a flu shot or not.

Ticked Off

That Fox News has more concern than the rest of the media about Trudeau trashing freedom of religion with his anti-christian summer job rules. Can you imagine him doing that to Muslims?

Ticked Off

I think employees need their 15-20 minute break. They shouldn’t have to tell you they need a bathroom break. It also makes for happier employees.

Ticked Off

At having my newspaper thrown at my house in a plastic bag. Why give a Christmas tip for that? Are we not supposed to reduce plastic bag use? This is not being environmentally responsible.

Tickled Pink

Many thanks are due to the many grocers and supermarkets for the variety and quality of fresh fruit and veggies that they are offering, except for a those Chilean peaches. We can wait for B.C. peaches in season.

Tickled Pink

Jan. 21 was a fantastic day of ice fishing. We brought home seven trout after a wonderful day of warm weather and sunshine. We are lucky to have so many places to fish around here.

Tickled Pink

“So sorry, but I am not sorry” is the best column ever and the truth. It should be mailed to every politician in Canada.

Ticked Off

I am tired of those ignorant arrogant idiots who think every street and parking lot is their private cigarette ash tray.

Ticked Off

Paul McLennan, your opinion doesn’t offend me, it worries me. There is help out there you know.

Tickled Pink

At a new school trustee who has years of experience in the school system and instead of being a “yes man” is challenging the board and making the members be accountable!

Ticked Off

At the people who think sending Trudeau to China was sending a boy to do a man’s job. Well I am glad we sent someone with some intelligence, and not people like you.

Ticked Off

I can only hope the city has a buyer set up for all of this recycling waste, otherwise it will get hauled to the local landfill. The market for recycled waste has disappeared!

Tickled Pink

Still thinking of the kind lady at the grocery store who bought me cookies. You are so sweet. I was having a really bad day and you really brightened it up. Bless you. I wish you a happy and healthy year.

Ticked Off

It’s sad to see so many establishments and schools closing.

Ticked Off

The parkade downtown is disgusting with pigeon crap. Clean it up or close it down.

Ticked Off

The streets downtown are fine, but many store owners don’t shovel snow off the sidewalks.

Tickled Pink

With the crew in the Parks Department for keeping all the city trails clear of snow and ice for the safety of all users.

Ticked Off

That the Canadian government continues to support the opposite of pro-life for babies.

Ticked Off

Read that story in the paper about moving the hospital laundry to Lethbridge and thought it’s only January, way too early for an April Fool’s joke.

Tickled Pink

That one of your columnists was honest enough to tell the truth about residential schools. They weren’t all bad. No one should be penalized for telling the truth.

Ticked Off

How can anyone support the new party when its great leader has already told us he will reduce taxes for the rich and take it from the poor? He will also cut services and make serious layoffs. This sounds like King Klein talking.
