Ticked Off and Tickled Pink Oct. 12

By Ticked Off - Tickled Pink on October 12, 2017.

Ticked Off

Transportation should be readily available for all citizens.

Ticked Off

At people who have 20 other spaces in the parking lot and park next to mine like a sardine can.

Tickled Pink

That my old boss lady has to pay her employees $13.60 an hour.

Ticked Off

Since the mayor says we have no homeless people, perhaps he could put up 10 or 12 homeless people in his own home.

Ticked Off

It’s pretty bad when you have to steal a chained garbage bin from a seniors’ complex.

Ticked Off

Another snowfall and people too lazy to clean the windows on their cars.

Ticked Off

Cyclists are entitled to use the whole lane on a road, so why are adults riding on the sidewalks?

Ticked Off

So basically, the CAO and her staff were asked to do some administrative work by the politicians who were elected by the people. She doesn’t like the criticism of the outcome. My question is why is the bureaucracy at City Hall running amuck?

Ticked Off

How can the council and mayor have so little respect for transit users, who are also taxpayers. To have them stand on the street by the Esplanade like a bunch of idiots. No washrooms, no shelter from the weather. Shame, shame on council. Get back to the terminal.

Ticked Off

Now that the expansion to the hospital is done, it’s time to change two-hour parking to no parking without permit on the 500 block of Fourth Street SW.

Ticked Off

So many trailers all over town are not attached to a vehicle and are left in the street for weeks at the time. Doesn’t bylaw see those? Or do we just ignore the rules?

Ticked Off

With complaining of time change. I am sure we all have got up early/stayed up late more than twice a year. How long does that take to rebound? So all this laziness of having to change clocks doesn’t cut it for an excuse.

Ticked Off

I am upset with the city for sending around an assessor who does not ensure they are talking to the homeowner; instead they talk with a renter. it is their responsibility to make sure they are talking to the right person.

Tickled Pink

To remember at election time those who gave our walking paths to the dogs.

FYI Alberta law specifies that bicycles should ride as close to the curb as possible, not “entitled to use the whole lane on a road” as the misinformed “Ticked Off” commenter stated above! No wonder (virtually) no one in Medicine Hat knows how to ride a bycycle properly! But…”ignorance is no excuse from the law”!!
