If you’re crossing into this country you’re already a criminal to us and should not be allowed. Our border is a joke.
I was so looking forward to an April Fool’s Day story in the paper. Isn’t it sad that a joke is no longer a joke? No wonder this world and the people in it are so deeply troubled.
That voting time for city council is near. Let’s get out and vote. Some of our council members should not be voted in again. These people will do nothing but keep raising our taxes.
With opposition parties throwing out accusations with no details. We people are smarter than they think.
The federal government should stop sending new refugees to small towns and Maritime provinces to find a job. Those places already have high unemployment.
I was thinking about putting a solar system on my house to try to reduce my ridiculous power bill but it doesn’t make any sense as the service charges are twice what the energy charge is. Unless you can have the city remove its system from the house they will still charge these fees. So much for going green.
That we received research funding for solar energy at the city power plant. How does that weigh in? What are the results and benefits to the city?
That the Tigers are still here. Should have called their bluff on moving to another city and should have never built the giant money pit for them.
Veterinarians are finally saying no to declawing cats. Very cruel thing to do to your furry family pet.
To the parents upset about day-care costs and not enough space. It will continue to be costly. So here’s a new concept. Be a stay-at-home parent and spend quality time with your children. You’ll learn more from them as they grow and they’ll thank you years later.
That our new carbon tax is upon us Albertans now. Can you imagine what the deficit would be without it? I dearly hope the following generations will respect how we saved the world for them.
Albertans who earn more than $47,500 must pay the carbon tax without any rebate so that generous subsidies are provided corporations for wind power. Then Albertans will have to pay a premium to buy this welfare power.
It ticks me off that a co-worker regularly takes bad moods out on co-workers. Leave your foul mood at home!
So in Texas more than a dozen innocent people have been killed by a person who admits to texting while driving. We as a society have to rectify this and now. I see it constantly on short excursions through the city, and seems the perpetrators couldn’t care less.
