Ticked Off and Tickled Pink Jan. 5

Ticked Off

With NDP haters. Don’t you realize that a lot of people in Medicine Hat (especially women) make minimum wage? At least the NDP government has the guts to finally makes these changes.

Ticked Off

That doctors are always 30-90 minutes behind on their appointments.

Tickled Pink

That a soldier driving a Forester gave me a boost when he saw my hood open at the Dr. Roy Wilson Learning Centre. As a retired old soldier myself it is nice to see that the spirit of helping anyone at anytime anywhere remains in the soldier’s blood. With his help my grandson made it on time for his hockey practice.

Tickled Pink

That some moron thinks that the violence can be attributed to Donald Trump. If the hands of the law were not tied by bleeding hearts, then maybe penalties would be a lot harsher than a slap on the wrist.

Ticked Off

Wow, first it is the Tigers’ secret deal and now the sale of gas wells. Must be a huge win for the the city.

Tickled Pink

Thank you Medicine Hat Police Service for the extra support given to our most vulnerable citizens. People who struggle with mental health issues and complex needs and their families thank you.

Ticked Off

The reason people never attended the utility rate increase public hearing is because they have learned that this esteemed group who make the decisions never listen to the residents and just do what they want anyway.

Tickled Pink

That the River Valley Community Church again fed a Christmas supper to the students of Elm Street School.

Ticked Off

That the city has chosen to raise utility rates for its citizens during one of the worst financial upsets this town has experienced. Shame on council.

Tickled Pink

That the city cleans the walking paths after it snows. We just moved here and my husband is in a wheelchair. Clean paths make it easy for us to walk our dogs every day. Very much appreciated.
